SCAN is a user friendly multiple language scanner with a virtual intuitive operating menu. It offers advanced diagnostics and reads & deletes trouble codes. Plugs into the standard OBD (On-Board-Diagnostics / data link) plug. SCAN is initially for H-D models only & includes H-D connector slave cables. From the included USB stick a program (Operating Suite) is installed onto your computer. Then SCAN is connected to your computer to install the latest H-D software. Still SCAN can be used for multiple motorcycle brands. Motorcycle model year updates & unlocking more motorcycle brands is done by purchasing a ‚Software Token‘. A Software token is required for each brand that is to be unlocked. SCAN comes complete with a sturdy carrying case, 560073 H-D 4-pin, 560096 H-D 6-pin and the 560105 universal cable for 95-01 Touring with Magneti Marelli injection and some non-H-D models. Note: Updating model years of one brand deletes all installed motorcycle brands. A new software token must be purchased for each brand you want to (re)unlock.
