Smooth vinyl upholstery. Designed to be used on stock Sportster models. Classic Cobra styling with a vacuum-formed 3mm thick ABS-plastic pan with molded polyurethane foam padding and a hand-sewn heavy duty vinyl cover. Note: Will fit 07-09 XL models when the stock ECU / ECM is relocated. Note: Moving the threaded instert on your fender may be required.
